We offer a five-week rotating entrée menu to provide constant variety. We make ten different entrée recipes each week, and a hot breakfast recipe each week. Each box is based on entrees for six days. Our lean protein sources are chicken, turkey, beef, pork, and fish, and the vegetable and starches vary with the changing recipes. If you dislike a particular protein that we use, you have the option to omit it from your plan and have them replaced with more of the proteins that you prefer. We always offer a selection of entrees at our Cranston café store, so you can grab your favorites and go. There are also high-protein smoothies, muffins, fresh salads and beverages available for your convenience.
