MEAL PLANS

At GoalFOOD we produce portion controlled, high-protein meals in two convenient sizes to help you reach your own unique nutrition goals; Performance And Lifestyle. Our meals are created by starting with a lean protein, then adding vegetable, carb, and sauce. For each recipe you receive, you’ll get a full nutrition panel and ingredient list, so there is full transparency and no surprises!

Performance Meals range from 400 – 550 Calories per meal, with an average of 40g of Protein and only 29 total Carbs.

Lifestyle Meals range from 250 – 400 Calories per meal, with an average of 28g of Protein and only 22 total Carbs.

Performance and Lifestyle portions are available on BOTH our Chef’s Choice and Select Menus.

We cater to the 8 major allergens as specified by the USDA; Dairy, Egg, Seafood, Gluten, Shellfish, Soy, Peanuts & Tree Nuts.

However, our meals are prepared in a facility and using equipment that also processes other allergens.
